First of all, I don't like the layout. If you're going to post multiple sketches as one submission, it's best to post in in scraps. Otherwise, seperate them before posting. Coloring would also help- it would give the picture a more polished look, even if it was just flat color in photoshop or another digital art program (The GIMP is free online!) Also, The line work could be cleaner.
Since it's fanart and it's clear you're trying to mimic the style of the show, it would be useful to you to look up reference pictures or study the style of the show a little further. This a good start for these girls- they're hard to draw!
I like the way you gave them an alternate style without going over the top- if you could get the style down pat it would be awesome! If you did that, I'd love to see the finished pieces! Good work and keep drawing
